Job Description

The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for expanding the company’s client base by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new institutional and APERD partners. This role requires strong networking capabilities, deep understanding of capital market products, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (S-1) in finance, marketing, business, management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within the asset management, banking, or insurance sectors.
- Active WPPE or WAPERD license from OJK is a mandatory.
- Extensive network with APERD and institutional clients in the capital markets.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with prospective clients, including APERD, institutional investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to achieve sales targets and increase AUM.
  • Conduct product presentations, provide investment education, and ensure clients understand the solutions offered.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, compliance) to ensure smooth and compliant client onboarding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and acquisition activities for management review.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to support retention, cross-selling, and business expansion.
